2 Ingredient Low Carb Truffles

This is the simplest truffle you could come across. Using only chocolate and cream cheese its mousse-like taste has you reaching for more! I like to finish it by rolling in desiccated coconut but you could use cocoa powder too. I love using Healtheries Sugar Free Chocolate Bits when I'm baking because it's the only sugar free chocolate I've tried to date that has the same consistency and taste of chocolate! Better yet, it uses natural stevia to sweetened which as you will know is my favourite. 


2 Ingredient Low Carb Truffles

INGREDIENTS

1 packet Healtheries Sugar Free Baking Bits in dark chocolate, melted
300 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup desiccated coconut

LETS MAKE IT

Place your chocolate and cream cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. 

Scoop out 2 tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball. Roll in desiccated coconut and transfer to the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
