I was inspired to come up with a recipe perfect for an on the go meal. Smoothies are my go-to especially on the go as they're quick and easy. I also have been craving peanut butter and jam sammys lately so this was smoothie flavour was designed to curb my cravings.
PB & J Smoothie
1 medium banana
1/4 cup good quality peanut butter
1.5 cup almond milk
1/4 - 1/2 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen
LETS MAKE IT
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend for 30 seconds on high or until smooth.
Pour into your cup of choice, top with cacao nibs and chopped peanuts then enjoy!
